Ok, So I Needed That!!!!

Ok, so last night was a HUGE shot in the arm for me, as some of you may or may not know, i have not seen my babies much this year.... But Amanda had invited me to come and watch her Christmas Dance performance which was last night. Man...she is growing up fast, she looks every bit like a beautiful young woman and i am so proud of her and the way she is growing up. She is very involved with dance and her school orchestra and on top of that she gets excellent grades. So below is her dance program.

That's me and my little (big) girl. She did such an awesome job. Then she had to leave right after she performed so i only had a few minutes to give her flowers and a big bear hug, give Megan and Allison a big bear hug and take a quick picture.

So you would think the night would be done.....i was happy just to have what i had. As i was getting ready to pull out of the parking lot, Amanda text me asking where i was. She said to come to her school, she had her orchestra performance that i didn't know anything about. So i rushed over to her school and had the pleasure of watching her play the violin too. She is getting soooo good, and although you can't really see her in this video, she is just behind the girl in the grey sweater where you can see kinda the back and right side of her head.

Boy, i would say that i had a pretty GREAT night. I love my little princesses and i really needed to see them. Now some of you can now see how they are growing up and how absolutely beautiful my girls are!!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!!

christmas blues????

So, i have not kept up on this like i thought. I find myself just so bogged down lately, tired and worn out. I wonder if this is what quick-sand is like? I wish i had another huge chunk of time in each day, some for normal tasks, some for personal time. The personal time is what drags me down i think, had i had even an extra few hours a day to recharg and regroup i might be a little better at taking care of the other stuff. It seems that every time i turn around, there is a bigger stack of things to do than when i looked away. Is there a "time store" somewhere because if there was, i would like a big fat christmas gift from there. I don't do so many of the things that i used to enjoy and that made me happy and bright...... wow, this makes me seem a bit depressed huh? oh well, Lil sis is the only one who's gonna read this any way, so....give me a call sometime and lets chat, k

What to say when there is nothing to say.....

So i have been thinking of something clever to say for about a week now. I guess my creative juices have turned to mush. Either that or my life is so absolutely boring and void of anything to write about other than working my butt off. OH, HEY, Wait a sec..... i saw a movie.....Eagle Eye. Wow, i did something..... Actually, the first movie in some time. I was very good, it kept me on the edge of the seat for most of the show. I would recommend it.

Ok, so now back to the boring. I'll keep you posted on what goes on and if McCain can nail Obama's jello to the wall. I doubt it, i detest that guy. I'll take an old war veteran over a terrorist to lead the country any day of the week.

peace, out

Thought this was worth passing on....

FINALLY, AN IDEA THAT MAKES SENSE.

I LOVE THIS PROPOSAL !!

I’m against the $85,000,000,000.00 bailout of AIG.
Instead, I’m in favor of giving $85,000,000,000 to America in
a We Deserve It Dividend.
To make the math simple, let’s assume there are 200,000,000
bonafide adults in the U.S.
Our population is about 301,000,000 +/- counting every man, woman
and child. So 200,000,000 might be a fair stab at adults 18 and up..
So divide 200 million adults 18+ into $85 billon that equals $425,000.00.
My plan is to give $425,000 to every person 18+ as a
We Deserve It Dividend.
Of course, it would NOT be tax free.
So let’s assume a tax rate of 30%.
Every individual 18+ has to pay $127,500.00 in taxes.
That sends $25,500,000,000 right back to Uncle Sam.
But it means that every adult 18+ has $297,500.00 in their pocket.
A husband and wife has $595,000.00.

What would you do with $297,500.00 to $595,000.00 in your family?
Pay off your mortgage – housing crisis solved.
Repay college loans – what a great boost to new grads
Put away money for college – it’ll be there
Save in a bank – create money to loan to entrepreneurs.
Buy a new car – create jobs
Invest in the market – capital drives growth
Pay for your parent’s medical insurance – health care improves
Enable Deadbeat Dads to come clean – or else
Remember this is for every adult U S Citizen 18+ including the folks
who lost their jobs at Lehman Brothers and every other company
that is cutting back. And of course, for those serving in our Armed Forces.
If we’re going to re-distribute wealth let’s really do it...instead of trickling out
a puny $1000.00 ( “vote buy” ) economic incentive.
If we’re going to do an $85 billion bailout, let’s bail out every adult U S Citizen 18+!
As for AIG – liquidate it.
Sell off its parts.
Let American General go back to being American General.
Sell off the real estate.
Let the private sector bargain hunters cut it up and clean it up.
Here’s my rationale. We deserve it and AIG doesn’t.
Sure it’s a crazy idea that can “never work.”
But can you imagine the Coast-To-Coast Block Party!
How do you spell Economic Boom?
I trust my fellow adult Americans to know how to use the $85 Billion

We Deserve It Dividend more than I do the geniuses at AIG or in Washington DC.
And remember, The Birk plan only really costs $59.5 Billion because $25.5 Billion is returned
instantly in taxes to Uncle Sam.
Ahhh...I feel so much better getting that off my chest.

Now What?

Ok, so i got a little carried away, i thought since i have this one, i would start one for business. They keep telling us that this is the "wave of the future" where more and more buyers and sellers are turning to new tech to find what they want, and that includes real estate.

I started my own real estate blog, so now i have two. I have a little more going on in that one with links and stuff to ski Utah and the SL Trib etc. I also have linked to my web page so you can search for homes. I asked they guy that helped me set up that one how i get people going to my blog and he just said to keep posting and link up to other good blogs and it just goes from there.

He started his own blog around the first of the year and he says that he business right now comes almost exclusively from that. HuH? yeah, I'm 44 and he is probably 25/26ish. anyway, i am not sure what address to put down for you to search for the blog but it is on this domain and my email on that is realtor4utah@gmail.com so see if you can find it, i am still learning the ins & outs of this all.

Also, i love referrals!!!! i cannot actually solicit a referral and pay you for it, for some reason that is against the code of ethics for Realtors. So let me say this, I LOVE REFERRALS!!!!

Well, i just looked and the other blog is http://realtor4utah.blogspot.com/ tell me what you think.

Out for now, how is everyone doing?

keeping up with the siblings

So, now what? Lets see how long i can keep this up.... I saw Shawna's blog and was blown away and so now i figure i have got to have at least some time to do this.

I am not quite sure where to go from here, i guess it has to start somewhere, right?

So now it all begins, do i really have to make a profile and put on pic's and all that other crap or can i just type and read and type and read again....

We shall find out!!!!
